Dark brown in colour, deep and shiny, it displays a characteristic syrupy density. It has a penetrating aroma of pleasant, harmonious acidity. Well balanced sweet and sour flavour, full, savoury with velvety undertones. Goes well with: meat, risottos, cooked and raw and fried vegetables, fish and wild strawberries.
