The clasp has been added at a later date but is clearly quite old in itself

Antique Georgian Carnelian Cornucopia Fobs Chalcedony The moonstones are slightly graduatedTwo sweet little antique gold cased charm fobs dating to the late Georgian period. The watch key is set with an agate and carnelian stone. The little fob features a carnelian intaglio carved with a cornucopia. The key part of the watch key has been removed at some point. The cornucopia charm is also missing a little bit of its top which is hidden by the bale. Both pieces remain in good condition overall and work perfectly as charms. Weight 4. 39 grams
