Chablis 1er Cru 'Beauroy' 2023, Christophe Camu White this is a lovely broodingChristophe Camu and his son Dylan are 6th and 7th generation Chablis vignerons, and this is a fabulous wine that showcases all of that experience. From the Premier Cru, south facing Beauroy vineyard, just northwest of Chablis town, this is layered, textural and full of salty, citrus fruit and subtle spice. Sure to be long lived.
