We source 11 of the 29 botanicals, like California Bay Leaf and Cascara Sagrada from Southern California, with three of the 11 botanicals being picked from Master Distiller Morgan McLachlans backyard when available. AMASS also draws inspiration from the multicultural identity and cuisine of Los Angeles by using botanicals
