SEM Finder Grid SEMF3 Team Nanotech Hole Width 205µmDESCRIPTION The SEMF3 finder grid needs to be mounted on a standard SEM pin or cylinder stub to aid in mounting small samples. It has 25 large cells (approx. 1x1mm) identified with alphanumeric positions allowing up to 25 specimens mounted in predetermined positions. It also provides large asymmetric cut out feature for easy identification on the SEM stub. Overall diameter is 10mm, thickness is 50m. Available in Cu and Ni with 10 grids vial.
