Somewhat similar in taste and aroma to our beloved Sauvignon Blanc hence the little kiwi chicks that play off the label of its bigger brother. Yet our 'Scheu' is a bit charmingly shy, of a subtle nature that ultimately makes it a more versatile pairing partner.
