Made predominantly from Viura (Macabeo) grapes, with a small portion of Malvasa, the wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine displays a pale, straw yellow color and opens with vibrant aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus blossom, and subtle floral notes,
