Behind the immediate fruit follow savoury, complex nuances of chestnut, malt and carob. Lovely purity and freshness in the mouth, with gentle structure and cranberry like tannins. Woody, herbal and floral scents on the finish indicate the complexity that will develop over time. This is an utter joy to
