The top has been stripped from varnish and sanded to reveal the beautiful pattern of the wood and then waxed again. It was repaired by its previous owner due to a crack but it wasn't sitting too straight and it wasn't looking great so we took it off and made a bigger repair by placing a strip of pine wood then giving it a lick of metallic paint
