They are hand harvested and aged in French and American oak barrels for eight months to add complexity while retaining the vibrant, youthful fruit. Tasting Notes Colour: Opaque ruby. Nose: Spicy cherry and blackcurrant scents are complicated by suggestions of menthol, mint and fresh tobacco.
