Nottingham and London and due to wartime paper shortage the poster has been printed on the back of an earlier stone litho printed film poster which was much larger and the section features characters in an unknown film

There are pinholes in the borders but never the less this poster displays well

Prominence is given to Robert Ruark's novel whilst illustrating at the same time the graphic violence that befell East Africa with the Mau-Mau uprising

Poster was printed in limited quantities for use with the cinema light box and is double-sided and in folded condition with no pinholes

luckily the friendly local cinema manager is on hand with his poster paints
