Dredge No. 7, c1936. Mining; Equipment; Location Steel's Hospital Fort Yukon 1897-98Dredge No. 7 operating with three people looking on. Formerly Yukon Gold Company (YGC) Dredge No. 1, this dredge was rebuilt as Yukon Consolidated Gold Company (YCGC) Dredge No. 7 on Quartz Creek in 1935. It operated there until 1950. YCG Dredge No. 1 was manufactured by Bucyrus Manufacturing Company and was built on Lower Bonanza in 1906. It had 5 cubic foot buckets.
