Casks used: Selected European Oak Sherry Casks Nose: Caramel chews, some hard toffee and nuttiness, some pears and apple, a soft sherry cask note, shortbread and sweet dates. Palate: Tangy rich and so full of flavour to dive into, apple hints of soft candied orange and peaches, toffee
