We have taken the beautiful Black Tartan Single Malt Blended Whisky from Skene Whiskies (4 Speyside Malts) and put it back in to one of our Oloroso casks for 14 months

It has the smooth creamy texture of the Single Malts and the fruity sweeter notes of the Oloroso coming through

LinGin is a classic London Dry style gin – using a maceration technique and direct one-shot distillation with the botanicals present in the mix at all times during the distillation process

There are only 732 bottles

Never liking to throw things out, Ross came up with the idea of doing a limited edition Gin inspired by our Son in law who uses the bottle as an Olive oil bottle.
